In 1988, Def Leppard peaked at number ten on the Billboard Hot 100 Singles Chart with “Hysteria” which was their first top ten single in the U.S.

In 1980, Van Halen released their third album Women and Children First which went on to reach number six on the Billboard 200 Album Chart.
